The pre-construction meeting, even though you can see the walls are already framed and demolition of the old infrastructure has begun. Here it is a few days later, Nov 11. The old lights were taken out and the wall is starting to go up. This is from Oct 14th, 2016. It had to get worse before it could get better. These are trenches to service benchtops from when the space was a teaching lab.
